About Me
I’m a Technical Support Engineer turned backend-focused developer with a strong foundation built from real-world production experience. I enjoy designing and building scalable systems using TypeScript, Golang, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. My experience troubleshooting live issues taught me how systems actually fail—and how to make them reliable, maintainable, and fast. I value clear communication, clean architecture, and continuous improvement. When I’m not coding, I like exploring new tech, writing, and building toy projects just for fun…

Project Experiences
Dec 2025 - Feb 2026
Background
This project was a Microservice Development virtual internship focused on building a smart booking dashboard that delivers real-time visibility into ticket sales, booking trends, and customer behavior. Supervised by RevoU in collaboration with TicketQ, the initiative was designed to simulate real-world, production-grade microservice environments while strengthening full-stack engineering skills, system integration, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Worked as a backend engineer responsible for payment and transaction flows, implementing webhook integration with the Midtrans payment gateway including signature verification, handling asynchronous payment events, and updating transaction statuses across services. Built REST endpoints for transaction retrieval and Snap payment URL access, and coordinated inter-service communication with the booking service within a monorepo, hexagonal architecture using Nx and NestJS, backed by PostgreSQL.
Output
Delivered a reliable and extensible transaction service that supported secure third-party payment processing, real-time transaction state synchronization, and seamless integration with upstream and downstream services. The implementation improved system observability through structured logging and provided a scalable foundation for accurate booking insights and future payment feature expansion.
